How billing works
Is there a setup or first-work fee?
No. There's no setup fee, enrollment fee, or audit fee. You pay the monthly price and nothing else.
When am I billed?
Billing is monthly from the date you enroll, charged automatically to the card on file. You'll see each charge in your secure client portal.
How do I cancel?
Let us know and we'll stop your billing — no penalty, no cancellation fee, and no requirement to explain yourself. You can cancel your service at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact us to discuss your situation. Our full refund terms are set out in your client agreement and on our Terms of Service page.
Does the Couples Plan need to be two spouses?
No — it covers any two adults in the same household. Partners, spouses, a parent and adult child, or roommates all qualify.
What if I want to switch plans?
Just ask. Moving between the Individual and Couples plans is straightforward and takes effect on your next billing date.
Before you pay anyone for credit repair
You can dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, at no cost. You're also entitled to free copies of your credit reports each year from annualcreditreport.com. We charge for expertise and follow-through, not for access to a right you already have — and we'd rather you knew that upfront.
